Called Austin Towing to have them deliver my 1964 Clark Cortez to it's new owners. They were right on time and Brandon really took his time to get it secured to go to it's new home. Couldn't have have asked for a better experience. Laney was super quick and efficient. Would recommend. I run a classic BMW restoration shop and most of them are very low ground clearance. Laney did a great job to make sure it was loaded and unloaded perfectly! Thank you! When my insurance sent a tow driver who didn’t have a clue about my all-wheel drive. He said that another driver will be on his way to help. Then left me stranded for over three hours. I called Austin Towing, they arrived within 30 minutes. Thanks again. Michael helped my friend get out of a super muddy difficult situation. He came quickly and made our day. He was super funny while efficiently working to get her car out. Took about 10 minutes and we were on our way! Would definitely recommend thanks to Michael! Amazing fast service, sent someone out quick! Great work you turn the bad situation into a doable situation. I was in an accident far from everyone I knew, The office staff was able to get a wrecker to me almost instantly. When I got to the yard the office staff asked if I needed to get the glass off (more professional than that) along with help get the car where it needed to be for unloading personal items. I could not access my wallet (DL, SS, debt card) I have my wallet and all my important information, thanks to drivers (Kevin and Damien) I have my wallet and all its contents. There are not enough stars in the world to rate the service here. This morning, one of our company work vans broke down on IH-35. I called a few towing companies and was given different reasons as to why they couldn’t help us out. I finally made the right call to Austin / Eagle Towing. Woody answered my call and when I got done explaining what we needed, Woody said no problem; we can handle it, without hesitation. He said let’s get Gaelynn (spelling may not be correct) on the phone to get your information. Gaelynn was such a joy to speak with, despite the fact that her morning wasn’t going smoothly. I gave her all the information and a tow truck was on site within minutes. Our tech told me that the tow truck driver was courteous, kind and professional. Come to find out that the driver was Woody. WOW! I called Eagle towing at 9:08 am and they completed the tow at 9:54 am. In less than an hour they took care of us. I called them later in the afternoon to get a copy of the receipt. Brittany answered and emailed the receipt to us right away. I would give Austin / Eagle Towing 10 stars if I could. They exceeded our expectations! We highly recommend Austin / Eagle Towing.
