I was looking for a tow for a reasonable price - when I called, the gentleman on the phone was very courteous to my situation and was very willing to help me and make me feel everything was going to be OK. He went as far as to lowering his price to help me in a time of need. Thank you very much. I will only call this company for any future business.

I needed a tow truck FAST!! On my drive into Hutto we started calling Tow companies. Everyone we called said they couldn't be there in a short time. One even said not at all that day. I met Woody last night (well after dark) when my Mazda Protege blew a rear tire on NB I-35 just at the exit for 1431. There was no good place to stop or do anything much, so I had to go on up to the next exit at Westinghouse, where I went into the outlet mall parking lot and parked in the first space I came to. Woody was amazing . When he got there we discovered the car was stuck in park. He would have moved it in neutral but my car was a little fancy so could not get to the box so he cut me a discount on the brackets and we towed it to the mechanic no problems...My husband and I will be referring him.
